Our client is a market leader in providing quality drip irrigation systems and products to the commercial, residential and agribusiness sectors across the USA. We are looking to recruit a talented Country Sales Manager – USA to drive the sales activities and growth within the channel of Big Box retailers, reseller and distributors across the USA.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work with customers and the wider national sales team to drive the growth of the business in the US.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Forging new and ensuring existing relationships are maintained across key distributors and resellers of irrigation products including Big Box retailers across the USA.
- Manage the internal and external sales teams ensuring targets are achieved and customer experience is high.
- Assist in leading the continued awareness of the brand and business across the US
- Build strong product knowledge within the customer segments with their internal sales teams.
- Provide dealer, installer and large trade customers with key product and new product development information and support.
- Actively seek new trade opportunities and formulate strategy and tactics to engage these customers.
- Ad hoc projects (as required)
Candidate must have a background in drip irrigation products in residential and commercial or agribusiness sectors and strong sales leadership exposure. You will have a hands-on approach, with experience and demonstrated track record of sustaining strong profitable sales growth and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will have strong communication and influencing skills. Candidates with national sales exposure or similar in the drip irrigation systems or product sectors are encouraged to respond. You’ll be a person who has managed sale teams

Salary: $145,000.00 to $155,000.00 /year
